1. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the shift lever assembly with the 4 nuts.

    Момент затяжки:

2. CONNECT TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the control cable assembly to the shift lever assembly.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. The projecting part of the cable outer should face outside when the shift cable is connected.
    2. After installation, make sure that the cable outer lock is projecting from A as shown in the illustration.

  1. Connect the control select cable to the shift lever assembly.

  1. Connect the control shift cable to the shift lever assembly.



3. ADJUST TRANSMISSION CONTROL SELECT CABLE

УКАЗАНИЕ:
  1. After the shift lever or the shift cable is replaced, be sure to adjust the transmission control cable assembly.
  2. If the shift lever does not move (or the shift lever is difficult to move) to the 1st or 2nd position, or if it is possible to move the shift lever to the reverse position without pulling up the slider shaft, the length of the cable must be adjusted.

  1. Install the transmission control cable assembly to the manual transaxle.

  1. Release the lock of the cable length adjustment structure of the select cable.

    1. Slide the preventive part (slider) of lock release.

    2. Release the lock of the cable length adjustment structure to push out the lock piece from the case.

  1. Install the transmission control cable assembly to the shift lever assembly.

  1. Pressing the shift and select lever shaft (*1) and pin (*2), push in pin (*3) and check that the shift and select lever shaft is secured at the 1st-2nd gear selected position (the shaft comes to a stop at the position 8 mm (0.31 in.) below the N position).

    1. Remove the stopper pin, release the lock, and reinsert the stopper pin.

  1. Turn the shift lever in the reverse direction without pulling up the slider shaft.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    When adjusting the cable, make sure that the shift lever is not in the first or second gear position.

  1. Lock the cable length adjustment structure of the select cable.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Push the lock piece as far as it will go.
    2. Confirm whether the cable length adjustment structure is locked surely.

  1. Release the pin that fixes the transmission outer lever.

    1. Pull the pin toward the front left side of the vehicle.



4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  1. Установите нижнюю отделочную накладку панели приборов № 2 и закрепите ее 2 винтами <E> или <F>.



6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY

  1. Установите нижний лоток панели приборов и закрепите его 4 захватами.



7. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

  1. Введите в зацепление направляющую.

  1. Введите в зацепление 3 захвата и установите переднюю вставку вещевого ящика в облицовке туннеля пола № 1.



8. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

  1. Введите в зацепление направляющую.

  1. Введите в зацепление 3 захвата и установите переднюю вставку вещевого ящика в облицовке туннеля пола № 2.



9. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (w/o Console Box Lid)

  1. Установите вещевой ящик в облицовке туннеля пола и закрепите его 4 болтами и 2 винтами.

  1. Установите вещевой ящик в облицовке туннеля пола и закрепите его 4 болтами и 2 винтами.



11. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX CARPET (w/o Console Box Lid)

  1. Установите коврик вещевого ящика в облицовке туннеля пола.



12. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET (w/ Console Box Lid)

  1. Установите коврик вещевого ящика в облицовке туннеля пола.



13. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  1. Введите в зацепление 4 захвата и 6 фиксаторов и установите центральную нижнюю облицовочную накладку панели приборов.



14. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL

  1. Введите в зацепление 7 захватов и установите верхнюю облицовку панели пола.



15. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER

  1. Подсоедините разъем.

  1. Установите крышку вещевого ящика в облицовке туннеля пола и закрепите ее 4 фиксаторами.



16. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Поверните рукоятку рычага переключения передач по часовой стрелке и закрепите ее.



17. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  1. Введите в зацепление 4 фиксатора и установите левую отделочную накладку панели приборов.



18. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  1. Введите в зацепление 4 фиксатора и установите правую отделочную накладку панели приборов.
