1. Install the transmission control cable assembly with the 2 nuts and bolt.
   

   Момент затяжки:

   5.0 Н*м{ 51 кгс*см , 44 фунт-сила-дюймов }

2. Install the transmission control cable to the control cable bracket with 2 new clips.
   

3. Install the transmission control cable to the transaxle with the 2 clips.
   

4. Rotate the transmission control cable nut counterclockwise approximately 180° and, while holding the nut in that position, press in the stopper until it makes 2 "click" sounds.
   

5. Install the cable outer of the transmission control cable to the shift lever retainer, check that the position of the spring is the same as A shown in the illustration, and press in the stopper.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   If the stopper cannot be pressed in, slightly turn the nut clockwise and then press in the stopper.

6. Install the clip to the shift lever.
   

7. Install the control shift cable to the shift lever assembly.
   

8. Install the control select cable to the shift lever assembly.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   Make sure that the transmission control cable assembly is securely installed.

УКАЗАНИЕ:

After the shift lever or the shift cable is replaced, be sure to adjust the transmission control cable assembly.

If the shift lever does not move (or the shift lever is difficult to move) to the 1st or 2nd position, or if it is possible to move the shift lever to the reverse position without pulling up the slider shaft, the length of the cable must be adjusted.

1. Install the transmission control cable assembly on the transmission.
   

2. Using a screwdriver, pull the lock piece out from the adjuster case.
   

3. Pressing the shift and select lever shaft (*1) and pin (*2), push in pin (*3) and check that the shift and select lever shaft is secured at the 1st-2nd gear selected position (the shaft comes to a stop at the position 8 mm (0.31 in.) below the N position).
   
   

   1. Remove the stopper pin, release the lock, and reinsert the stopper pin.
      

4. Turn the shift lever in the reverse direction without pulling up the slider shaft.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   When adjusting the cable, make sure that the shift lever is not in the first or second gear position.

5. Install the transmission control shift cable to the shift lever assembly.
   

6. Install the control select cable to the shift lever assembly.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   1. Make sure that the lock piece is protruded from the adjuster case.
      
   2. When adjusting the cable, make sure that the shift lever is not in the first or second gear position.
      

7. Install the clip to the shift lever.
   

8. Press in and lock the lock piece to the adjuster case.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   Securely press in the lock piece until the lock engages.

9. Release the pin that fixes the transmission outer lever.
   
   

   1. Pull the pin toward the front left side of the vehicle.

2. Введите в зацепление 3 захвата и установите переднюю вставку вещевого ящика в облицовке туннеля пола № 1.
   

1. Введите в зацепление 2 захвата.
   

2. Установите ящик панели приборов и закрепите ее 2 винтами <B>.
   

1. Введите в зацепление 2 захвата и 2 фиксатора и установите центральную облицовку панели управления.
   

1. Поверните рукоятку рычага переключения передач по часовой стрелке и закрепите ее.
   

1. Введите в зацепление 2 захвата и 2 фиксатора и установите правую отделочную накладку панели приборов.
   

1. Введите в зацепление 3 захвата и фиксатор и установите левую нижнюю отделочную накладку панели приборов.
   

1. Install the No. 1 front floor heat insulator with the 3 nuts.
   

   Момент затяжки:

   5.5 Н*м{ 56 кгс*см , 49 фунт-сила-дюймов }

1. Install the 3 bolts and air cleaner case.
   

   Момент затяжки:

   7.0 Н*м{ 71 кгс*см , 62 фунт-сила-дюймов }

1. Install the air cleaner filter element.
   

2. Install the air cleaner cap sub-assembly, and connect the 2 clamps and band.
   

3. Connect the No. 2 ventilation hose.
   

4. Connect the mass air flow meter connector.
   

1. Install the battery clamp.
   

   Момент затяжки:

   for bolt:

   17 Н*м{ 168 кгс*см , 12 фунт-сила-футов }

   for nut:

   3.5 Н*м{ 36 кгс*см , 31 фунт-сила-дюймов }

1. Install the 6 clips and upper radiator air deflector.
   

1. Check that there are no exhaust gas leaks from the points (jointed parts of the exhaust pipes and installed parts of each sensor) shown in the illustration.
