1. INSTALL REAR ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET

  1. Install the rear engine mounting bracket with the 5 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    45 Н*м{ 459 кгс*см , 33 фунт-сила-футов }



2. INSTALL FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET

  1. Install the front engine mounting bracket with the 3 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    64 Н*м{ 653 кгс*см , 47 фунт-сила-футов }



3. INSTALL ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET LH

  1. Install the engine mounting bracket LH with the 4 bolts.

4. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

  1. Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

    13 Н*м{ 130 кгс*см , 9 фунт-сила-футов }



5. INSTALL MANUAL TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY

  1. Align the input shaft with the clutch disc and install the front transaxle to the engine.

  1. Install the 5 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    Bolt *1:
    46 Н*м{ 469 кгс*см , 34 фунт-сила-футов }
    Bolt *2:
    64 Н*м{ 653 кгс*см , 47 фунт-сила-футов }

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Make sure that the dowel pins are not loose, bent, damaged or scratched and then install the transaxle onto the engine with the contact surfaces of the engine and transaxle flat against each other.
    2. Make sure that the dowel pins are fully engaged, and make sure that the contact surface of the transaxle fits close against the engine assembly before tightening the bolts.



6. INSTALL STIFFENER PLATE LH

  1. Install the stiffener plate with the 4 bolts.

7. INSTALL STIFFENER PLATE RH

8. INSTALL OIL PAN INSULATOR

  1. Install the oil pan insulator with the 2 bolts.

9. INSTALL AIR TUBE SUPPORT

  1. Install the bracket with the 2 bolts.

10. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY (for 2AD-FHV)

  1. Install the starter assembly with the 2 bolts.

  1. Install the wire harness with the nut.

    Момент затяжки:

  1. Connect the starter connector.

  1. Install the ground cables to the manual transaxle with the 2 bolts.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR TUBE

  1. Install the No. 1 air tube with the 2 bolts and tighten the band.

    Момент затяжки:
    Bolt:
    20 Н*м{ 204 кгс*см , 15 фунт-сила-футов }
    Hose clamp:
    6.3 Н*м{ 64 кгс*см , 56 фунт-сила-дюймов }

  1. Connect the wire harness with the 3 clamps.



12. INSTALL ENGINE WIRE (for 2AD-FHV)

  1. Install the engine wire to the engine.



13. INSTALL FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Смажьте шлицевую часть вала внутреннего шарнира трансмиссионным маслом.

  1. Совместите шлицы валов и вбейте приводной вал с помощью латунного стержня и молотка.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Установите пружинное стопорное кольцо так, чтобы разрез был направлен вниз.
    2. Будьте осторожны, чтобы не повредить сальник, чехол и пыльник.



14. INSTALL FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Смажьте шлицевую часть вала внутреннего шарнира трансмиссионным маслом.

  1. Совместите шлицы вала и плотно вставьте приводной вал.

  1. Вверните 2 болта кронштейна подшипника.

    Момент затяжки:
    64 Н*м{ 650 кгс*см , 47 фунт-сила-футов }

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Будьте осторожны, чтобы не повредить сальник, чехол и пыльник.



15. INSTALL REAR ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR (for 2AD-FHV)

  1. Install the bolt which secures the engine mounting bracket to the mounting insulator.

    95 Н*м{ 969 кгс*см , 70 фунт-сила-футов }
