1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSAXLE (for 1AD-FTV)

УКАЗАНИЕ:
See the steps from "REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER" through "REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSAXLE" (See page Нажмите здесь).



2. REMOVE REAR ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR (for 1AD-FTV)

  1. Remove the bolt, and detach the engine mounting insulator RR from the engine mounting bracket RR.



3. REMOVE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. С помощью SST снимите передний приводной вал.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Будьте осторожны, чтобы не повредить сальник картера трансмиссии в блоке с главной передачей, чехол внутреннего шарнира и пылезащитный чехол приводного вала.
    2. Старайтесь не уронить приводной вал.



4. REMOVE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Выверните 2 болта и вытяните приводной вал вместе с корпусом подшипника вала.

  1. Снимите приводной вал с трансмиссии в блоке с главной передачей.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Будьте осторожны, чтобы не повредить чехол внутреннего шарнира и пыльник приводного вала.
    2. Старайтесь не уронить приводной вал.



5. REMOVE ENGINE WIRE (for 1AD-FTV)

  1. Remove the engine wire from the engine.



6. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR TUBE

  1. Disconnect the 3 clamps, and disconnect the wire harness.

  1. Loosen the hose clamp, and remove the 2 bolts and the No. 1 air tube.



7. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY (for 1AD-FTV)

8. REMOVE AIR TUBE SUPPORT

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and the bracket.



9. REMOVE OIL PAN INSULATOR

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and the oil pan insulator from the stiffener plate.



10. REMOVE STIFFENER PLATE LH

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and the stiffener plate from the engine and transaxle assembly.



11. REMOVE STIFFENER PLATE RH

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and the stiffener plate from the engine and transaxle assembly.



12. REMOVE MANUAL TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and the manual transaxle assembly from the engine.



13. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

  1. Remove the bolt and the wire harness clamp bracket.



14. REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET LH

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and the engine mounting bracket LH from the transaxle.



15. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and the front engine mounting bracket.



16. REMOVE REAR ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and the rear engine mounting bracket.
